Fay Reinish-Servedio is what is know as a "travel brat".  Her mom was also a travel agent, and agency owner.  Fay spent much of her childhood travelling with her mom.  At the age of 11, she travelled to Israel, Turkey, Bulgaria and the Soviet Union on a six week adventure.  Each spring break, they were off on a cruise.  At 15, she travelled across the United States on a summer adventure camping in many of our national parks.  After receiving her BA from SUNY Oneonta in 1983, Fay went off to Europe on a 3-month backpacking escapade.  Upon her return, she decided to make travel her career and joined the staff at her mom's agency, Travel at North Shore Towers. (Believe it or not, that was before the computer age!) During her time at TNST, Fay learned the intriquices of FIT (Foriegn Independent Travel)  In 1985, while on vacation at Club Med in Martinique, Fay met the man she would later marry, and in 1988 she moved from New York to New Jersey.  She started work as a leisure agent, in a corporate agency called Regency Travel.  Within six months, there were changes, and Fay became Vice President of Travel Managment Services, Inc., responsible for the daily operations, sales, marketing, and CRM.  She remained there until deciding to start her own company in January 1995.  With her diverse travel background and skills, Fay has been able to survive and thrieve in the travel industry for over 30 years.

Fay still maintains clients from her early days at TNST, and many of her corporate clients have been working with her for 20+ years.  In 1999, at the request of one of her clients, Fay designed a travel incentive program to helped that client grow their business.  It remains a very successful program still being used today.

Like they say, "you can't teach on old dog new tricks".  Truly Fay's expertise and passion is in planning FITs (foreign independent travel); specializing in Italy.  Personalizing a one of a kind trip is her passion.
